Man oh man I love this story!!!

So as some of you may know Sean used to work at Interior Metis Child and Family Services (IMCFS). When I was in first year university my second practicum got waylaid and I was placed at IMCFS last minute, working in the youth program. My first day i was armed with my google map and still managed to get lost! I phone the office and this GORGEOUS voice picked up the phone, and told me how to get there. I hung up the phone and looked at my girlfriend who was driving me and said, ” I am going to marry that man, I don’t care….”

Then I actually saw him.. As much as I focused on my work, I also focused on trying to find out what Sean was interested in, what he did in his spare time etc…

We went out for drinks a few times, had dinner a few times. It was good.. I was hooked from day one. I walked almost two hours ( the buses weren’t running) to his house in high heels, just to prove that I owned something other than running shoes.. We went for this one walk one night, played on the swings, and layed in my backyard because we weren’t finished talking and didn’t want to go inside.

About a month after my practicum ended I was sitting on the counter in his kitchen and he started making fun of me for being little ( I am about 5’4″.. not THAT little)  and I told him if he kept it up I was going to smack him. He continued, I gave him a swat, and he kissed me ( call me a dork but yes I still remember.)

After that I pretty much didn’t leave him alone.. and 4 1/2 years later.. here we are!
